SAFETY &COMPLIANCE
Every New Star Contracting job site operates under strict OSHA standards. Safety isn't a checkbox — it's the foundation of everything we do.
Zero Incidents. Every Job.
At New Star Contracting, safety is non-negotiable. We maintain a comprehensive safety program that exceeds OSHA requirements, protecting our workers, clients, and the public on every project we undertake.
Our entire field crew is OSHA-trained and certified. Before any project begins, we conduct thorough site assessments, establish safety protocols, and brief every team member on site-specific hazards and procedures.

Supervisors conduct daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety awareness, address new hazards, and keep safety top of mind.
PPE Compliance
Hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots are mandatory on all job sites — no exceptions.
Fall Protection Systems
Guardrails, personal fall arrest systems, and safety nets are installed and inspected before any elevated work begins.
Site Hazard Assessments
Formal Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) are completed before each phase of work to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Emergency Response Plans
Every site has a documented emergency response plan with evacuation routes, first aid kits, and 24/7 emergency contacts.
