Local Law 11 / FISP
Facade Repairs
New Star Contracting Inc. provides construction and repair services for facade projects associated with NYC's Facade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP), commonly known as Local Law 11.
What Is Local Law 11?
NYC requires buildings greater than six stories to have their exterior walls and appurtenances inspected every five years by a qualified exterior wall inspector, with the required technical report filed with the NYC Department of Buildings. When unsafe or unsound conditions are identified, repairs must be completed before the building can be cleared.
